Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nibhish Enterprises (Yukt Foods), we take great care in preparing and delivering our homemade products. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• No refunds are provided for orders cancelled after the allowed cancellation window or for change of mind after delivery.

• Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive an incorrect product different from your order

3. Refund Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@yuktfoods.com or WhatsApp +91-8076739063.

2. Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order ID.

3. After verification, we will offer you:

   • A replacement of the product (subject to availability) or

   • A full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are not applicable in these cases:

• Minor colour, taste, or texture variations, as products are homemade and handcrafted in small batches.

• If the product is consumed or tampered with.

• If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
