1. No Returns Policy

• As our products are perishable, consumable, and homemade food items, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

2. Exceptions

We will consider a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product

• You receive a wrong product different from your order

3. Process for Reporting Issues

If your product is damaged or incorrect:

2. Provide your order ID and clear photos or video showing the issue.

3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Non-Eligibility for Returns

Returns are not applicable in the following cases:

• If the product is opened, used, or tampered with

• If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

• Minor variations in taste, colour, or texture as products are handmade in small batches
