• For bulk orders or delivery requests outside India, please contact us directly at support@yuktfoods.com.

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Remote area deliveries may take additional time as per courier service policies.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value, as mentioned in ongoing offers.

5. Tracking Orders

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier partner details.

• You can track your order status through the provided link.

6. Delivery Delays

• While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

2. Share clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product with your order ID.

3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
